So, I woke up this morning actually able to breathe, but I'm coughing and my chest it really tight and it hurts. What natural remedies are there for this?

I'm pretty sure I am battling the tail end of the flu virus and have spent a lot of time coughing over the last week. One thing that helps is a long hot shower.
Hope you feel better soon.
