Does anyone have any experience with Natural Calm magnesium supplements (specifically "Mama Calm")? I'd really like to help my adrenal system get back into shape after a long bout of stress, sleep deprivation, nutrient depletion (i.e. parenting an infant).

I'm already taking
-sodium ascorbate (~3,500mg when I remember)
-coQ10
-Ultra B12 complex (sublingual)

I'm really hoping that by adding magnesium I will have a good chance at restoring my health.

I have taken it on and off for about 3 years now. I really like it. It helps with my muscle and joint pain.
