This just popped up w/in the last few days. Its tiny little bumps, kind of look like pimples, but theres a lot of them- all over the top of his back/upper spine/ between shoulder blades. Anyone know what it may be? I haven't switched detergents or foods or lotions, etc.

My daughter gets a rash that sounds similar to this sometimes. Last time she got it, I finally showed it to the ped. and she said it looked like hives to her. The rash doesn't bother my daughter, really it bothers me mostly Doc said not to worry, so I won't. I do think it has something to do with grass though as daughter had been rolling in it previous to the rash breaking out.
Does the rash itch your little one at all??

well, it doesn't seem to bother him. And I just remembered I put Burts Bees Apricot oil on him 2x last week, for the first time in a long while... it could be a reaction to the oil... and the rash seems to be fading. It's been almost a week since I used the oil.
