Hello ladies

I just wanted to say that H2O is the KEY TO HEALTH. My dd is 14 months old and won't even drink juice when its offered by family or friends. She LUVS her wawa. She also doesn't take any dairy whatsoever. She is a chubby happy hydrated baby!! Whenever something is wrong, the babe is sick, constipated, irritable, whatever...UP THEIR H2O SUPPLY. OR JUST GIVE H2O ONLY. It makes such a difference!

I know I feel much better if I drinks lots of water during the day!! My 14 month will drink it if she has a special cup to drink it out of! Whatever works!

Ds #1 drank juice for awhile and then turned to water and won't even try juice now. Ds #2 never drank juice, only water - and he still won't. I think I tried once and he just didn't like it. Now, Dd (5 mo) loves water. I can't keep her out of mine! I don't think I will even try juice when the time comes. Besides, their ped says its just empty calories anyways.
