BARF!  Yesterday i started taking nordic naturals peach flavoured fish oil for anxiety, depression, and fatigue.  Reason i always stop taking the fish oil is because I burp up fishy taste and I'm already nauseated enough as it is!  I've tried the capsules too and same thing.  I find it's less severe with the nordic naturals, but still there.  I've tried taking with food, no help.  Any ideas?

My midwife suggested always taking them right before bed. You still have fish oil burps, but you aren't as likely to notice them while you are sleeping. ;)

Freeze the capsules. It works great!  Every once in a while I still get a fish burb, but hardly ever...

Maybe I'll freeze them and then take them at night.  lol.  I really want to keep taking them because I feel better today....but the fish burps just don't help our the nausea.
