DD1 is 4 and has developed a cough bad enough that when she has a fit she throws up. She is so cool through it too! She walks herself right to the bathroom and gets the stool and coughs, vomits, asks for water and help cleaning up. No crying!
Regardless, I'd like to calm her cough and possibly get her to eat a bit. She is looking quite wilty since not much has been staying down. We figured out she often throws up after drinking a lot so we have been encouraging sipping instead. She took a cough drop, which was quite a surprise. She's not much for tea, so I let her lean over a sink with hot water and the steam seems to help. I put a few drops eucalyptus oil in there.
What else can I do?
