5 yo DS is not eating much food, I aim for 'traditional foods' for most of our dinners and he gets SAD food at school. He is refusing to eat the vitamin packed foods I'm serving and opting for crackers, cookies and white bread stuff at school. So I am thinking of getting him Brainchild liquid vitamins and minerals. Is it worth the expensive price tag? Are there other good vitamins? I plan to get his eating back on track this summer when he is back eating all meals at our house. In the mean time he is getting lots of colds.

We create our own reality.
