My thought is that they wouldn't effect my milk or anything because they draw out the toxins and absorb them right? Anyone used them? What was your experience?

Search in the forum for old posts on the topic, a user named moneca had a bad experience with them.  I would not use them while nursing--in general, it seems pretty easy to mobilize toxins and hard to get them all out--some always seem to linger in circulation for a while.

I'd suggest doing some research into the pads. They aren't harmful but they don't work as claimed. Keep your money in your pocket.

$2.99 too much. They are a scam.

I have had amazing results with footpad detoxes - not the brand you describe.

I would not however use them while nursing. I would not do any detox protocol while nursing.
