I have severe PMS, also known as PMDD. I do not get most of the physical symptoms, but do suffer from the emotional ones. I do not see a regular MD. Both my daughter and myself only go to herbalists and homeopathic practitioners. I already have a very good practitioner that I go to, but I wanted to hear from any of you who might be dealing with the same thing that I am.

What do you recommend to help the symptoms? What have you been doing, aside from "mainstream" medicine, to help yourself?

Any advice would be appreciated!

I don't have much pms, but I have many clients who use Chinese Medicine for pms. I practice shiatsu and see many women find relief. Acupuncture and Chinese herbs also.
