I have a bottle of the stuff (it's just the silver suspended in water, no other ingredients). I've read in several places it's great for pinkeye but right on the bottle it says not for use in eyes. Sorry I can't remember the brand, not close by it to check.
Anyone still use it in the eyes anyways? Any drawbacks? I'm thinking of using myself as a guinea pig and just trying it in own eye.
I've had to do perscription antibiotic drops a few times with DD and would like to avoid (breastmilk doesn't seem to help either one of my kids with bacterial pinkeye, but I still use it sometimes).
