I am looking to purchase new healthier cook wear any suggestions would be helpful.  I am looking at Mercola's cook wear any one love or recommend or not recommend it?  Thanks so much!

Thank you for your question. In terms of the safest cookware, my favorites are ceramic coated and glassware such as Le Creuset, Prinz, Corning, Pfaltzgraff and Corning.

 

You may also be wondering about stainless steel cookware, which is quite popular. Stainless steel cookware contains nickel and chromium, both of which can be stored as toxins in the body. Reports have shown that good quality hard stainless steel may leach these ingredients less than poor quality. From a conservative perspective, if you have any concerns, I recommend minimizing your use of stainless steel.
