There was a website some people posted here. It was a woman's site, she talked about doing squats instead of keigals.

If you don't know the website do you know the exercise? Was it just normals squats like my DH would do? I pee in my pants everytime I sneeze!!

Here's the post that details how to do a proper squat.

It's not  like the normal ones; you sort of have to retrain your body, because most of us have our tails tucked when we squat (that's part of the reason why we pee when we sneeze, because our tailbones are perpetually tucked!).

If you look at a toddler or a baby squat, or at folks in developing countries who have squatted all their lives, you'll see that their alignment when squatting is totally different than yours or mine. We need to get back to that, but we have to retrain our chair-sitting bodies.

My pee issues got better really quickly when I followed Katy's squatting advice, and I didn't even do the full squats. I just did the doorknob squats, and I pulled my knees up while lying on my back in bed. Both of those helped. I keep meaning to do her full regimen!
