I bought a brand from my co-op (Trace Minerals Mega-Mag) and it's way too strong for DS 5yo, I put the drops in his smoothie.  I am in need to try a magnesium supp for him to see if it helps with constipation.

Is there a brand that you use, either powder or liquid, that has little to no taste?  I can't afford to keep buying different brands so would like suggestions.

Thanks!

I really like this one.

You can buy individual packets to try them.  I'd at least half the dose or even just do 1/4.
