Right so here's the propblem I recently took a massive hole out of my knee. Grim! I have been to the hospital and they gave me this non-sticky thing. But it came off. :( So I went to the pharmacy and they gave me a few pads to stick on but today I tried to change it and its all stuck to my knee. AND Im not aloud to stick water on it otherwise it could become infected. Any tips?

Could you use castor oil or coconut oil or olive oil to help loosen it?

Yes...coconut oil would be good...I would use that since it is naturally anti-microbial.

Go to the pharmacy and pick up some sterile water and some sterile 4X4s. Dampen the 4X4s with the sterile water and work from the outside of the bandage inward dampening and bandage and loosen it until you can get the bandage off. While at the pharmacy pick up some non stick bandages to replace it with once you get the old one off.
