Hi Ladies, after a few recent labs came back that I'm low in A LOT of things, I started looking to buy the supplements... but the more I looked the more I found that there are things that NEED to work together, ie, iron/vit C, magnesium/potassium/ calcium...
I'm wondering if any one has a good site that explains it all in one spot ;-) Maybe even a search thing where I can type in what I KNOW I need and come back with other things that should be taken along side, what other things might be low because of it, and when how to take them/ when NOT to take them ect ect ect....
