My 5 year old just started passing gas and having bowel movements that contain orange oil droplets. Has anyones child experienced this? What did it end up being?
Sounds like he ate something greasy to me. Anything fried lately? Cafeteria pizza or spaghetti?

My daughter has done this for near 4 years! With out without greasy food. Some common responses I have received from doctors and peers is that this can occur after eating different nuts and fish. I guess the body is just not absorbing the fat or breaking it down. But in my case, it is neither of those things. So, I am interested in anyone else's future reply.
