In the Baby Book, it seems as if ear infections are inevitable, and I steeled myself for the worst BUT, I read a thread in here that I can no longer find where a mama said (in passing, the thread was about her in-laws, I think) that her child had not had a single ear infection What can I do to get the same result? Is there a special regimen to follow, or something? What have you guys experienced with ear infections?

We have only had this once for dd1 (now6) and never for dd2.

Why? I could not really say, but we do not have any milk products at all.
