I did a search and found this and it is the exact same problem (thread below). It is so embarassing and most women's tops I cannot wear. It's nasty. But the solutions suggested here do not apply to me. I've done all the natural ones for most of my life. It is a problem that is not so simple to solve as changing deoderants. When I am freezing the armpits of my clothing will be sopping wet. I notice when I'm nervous or scared in any way it gets much worse. But this is the only thing. Seriously all of my shirts are ruined. Even the tanktops that go way down to where my bra starts get ruined eventually. Does anyone have any information or insights on this problem besides deoderant?

I don't know if this is an option for you but botox can help though it will come back and require more treatment. MiraDry, if an option for you, is permanent in my understanding. It's got a name--hyperhidrosis.
