I have been loosing hair galore in the last couple of days. This comes at 4 month after giving birth to my 2nd child. After my first pregnancy it was not so bad. Now I fear I will be bald soon.

Anybody here who had it worse the second time around? I am still breastfeeding and otherwise trying to eat and live healthy. Open to suggestions.

I don't remember whether my hair loss was worse after my second, but I do remember being really concerned about how much hair I was losing.  It seemed like the shower drain was completely covered by the time I got out of the shower, everyday!  Is your hair the same length it was after your first baby?  When my hair is longer I tend to feel like I'm losing more just because it makes a larger mess!

The shower scenario sounds very familiar. I shed like a cat in spring. It is terrible. Hair is everywhere. Hubby is already complaining about it a lot and I don't like it either. But what can I do? My hair is long and that is also the reason why it looks so much but I would also say that I am shedding more than 100 hairs a day - every day. My hairdresser objected to cutting my hair shorter. She thinks it would make things more difficult for me. I really would like to keep it long anyway.

I am loosing a ton of hair as well. The area right above my temple a little bit in (where guys usually start receding) is noticeable thinner. This happened after my first as well and it took a while to look "normal" again. Its so gross and I hate it! I can't remeber how long it lasted with my first but i do recall it felt like forever. Its feeling that way this time as well!
