i have so much i want to say to explain my problem but i will try to keep it short. i have terrible anxiety, i've been taking wellbutrin for a little while with some help but not a lot. i found a lump in my breast in july and do i even need to tell you how i felt? needless to say, i'm still recovering from the anxiety from that. Thank goodness it was just FBC... but it hurts all the time. I just weaned in Jan 2012 and 6 months later, this shows up. I hurt mostly around ovulation and right before my period. I've been reading the iodine thread and i've only got to page 3 before feeling totally lost - but maybe hopeful.

i want to try the iodine but i don't fully understand it. Can someone please help me? i'm so stressed out about the FBC and it's just making my day to day life so hard because my anxiety makes me want to think it's 'something else' even though i've had an ultrasound that showed it. (I'm also 26 if that matters)

i have been reading the things i've found on the iodine thread and i've learned a lot but something i was wondering is if my dr. can do the iodine test in his office? (we are single income and i can't afford $70 for a test) i also don't understand the detox stuff? where can i find more information strictly for FBC and iodine?

thank you all so much for your help.

I'm sorry I can't help, but I wanted to say that I do hope you can find the answers somewhere. I will look through my books tomorrow, and if I find anything useful I'll let you know!
