It won't go away! I've been experiencing this on and off for a few months. I've read online about causes so I am trying to sleep more and be less stressed. Any other thoughts or ideas for stopping this?

I get the same thing. Eating bananas helps (bananas contain a lot of the electrolytes needed for muscle conduction... I could give you the full medical spiel, but that's probably overkill). Make sure you're getting enough water, too.

Sleep is what makes the difference for me.  If I get less than six hours of sleep then I'm guaranteed to have a twitchy eye all day.

Thanks for the replies! I rarely eat bananas so am going to try 1 a day. And I am trying to increase my sleep too.
