I have a uti and want to avoid antibiotics.  I have been taking D Mannose for a couple of days, and that is helping, but not completely.  I'm going to start raw garlic and cranberry juice today, also.  Any other suggestions?

There are capsules you can buy, Cranactin I think, that have worked well for me.
