My daughter is 15 months and still nursing very much. I haven't gotten my period yet, which is awesome. In the last few days though, I've noticed when I sit down I can feel my uterus, like it's a little bit sore. Not painful really, I guess I'm just aware of it, whereas I'm usually not.
Any insights? Menstruation on the way perhaps? I'd better not be pregnant! Our co-sleeping, breast feeding kiddo is just starting to sleep a little bit better at night. Mama needs a break (read: a four hour stretch of sleep) before another baby.
You say you better not be pregnant... so... does that mean there is a chance? I'd test. The only time I can recall feeling my uterus and having it be sore is when I was pregnant.... It felt bruised... and full.
But, maybe you're gearing up for one hell of a period!

I was hoping there'd be people on here who were like "oh yeah, sounds like a period brewing" so I could stop wondering. :-)
