Hello... I was wondering if somebody could help me decide which is the lesser of two evils. My kids LOVE white flour... bread, noodles, etc. I think that they would be more open to new dishes if they included white starches vs. ww, which in turn I could incorporate more veggies, protein, etc in their meals. So... How bad is the white for you?
