I don't know if this is the right forum for this, mods feel free to move it...

No matter how hard I try to sleep on my side or back, I just can't, I'm a diehard stomach sleeper... even when I was pregnant I'd try propping pillows in weird configurations so I could be mostly on my stomach!

The problem is, I don't sleep well, and I always wake up in pain -- my back, neck, even my arm because it goes numb from me sleeping on it lol.

So... pillow options? Sometimes no pillow works but often I need a little support under my neck. I'm intrigued by buckwheat pillows (especially since they stay cooler, I hate having a hot head!!) but not sure if they are best for stomach sleeping, or if there is a better option. I tried googling but just got ads from sellers not from users!

Co-sleeping is really wonderful when your child actually SLEEPS!! familybed1.gif

The forum seems appropriate. Just thought I'd bump your post up to see if anyone has anything to suggest. redface.gif
