I was wondering if anyone can give me some smoothie recipes to help boost my immune system or just help ease the symptoms of a nasty cold I have. I am pregnant so all the ingredients would have to be safe for pregnant mamas.
I have some dried elderberries I can toss in and I know oranges for some extra vitamin C.
Also maybe any herbal teas that would be safe for me and the sick kiddos.

i would say just about any nutritious food you like mixed together would be great! my go to smoothie right now is spinach, banana, frozen berries, soaked chia seeds, inch of fresh ginger, coconut water or milk choice.
other things ive added to smoothies in the past are: nut butters, cacao powder, hemp seeds, other leafy greens, other frozen fruits, pea protein powder, camu powder or acerola cherry powder.
