I think so.  I would like to hear other peoples take on it.  According to the story, it accounts for 80% of prescriptions filled.  

 

I also wonder if it means you can sue the brand.  Example:  if I take abc, which is a knock-off of xyz, and have a severe reactions - can I sue xyz, or am I left with no recourse?
