Hello All!
I have no idea what to do - I have had a major hair lost for the past year. I have an adrenal fatigue for I don't know how long. I did a hair analysis through a dietician and she recommended Dr. Eck's supplements and a protein diet. I can't do a protein diet - it makes me feeling really bad, so I figure depletes me more. I couldn't do her supplements either - they have so many side effects for me that I just can't. So I just bought a multi I used to take before, but somehow I doesn't work for me anymore - it gives me crazy cravings.
To make a long story short - I am really concerned with my hair now. I've been taking an expensive hair complex for 3-4 months now. I don't want to buy it anymore. My diet is very healthy, but something isn't just working. What do I do? My hair is so dry, brittle, dull, and tangled up that I don't just know what to do.
If you can help in any way by sharing what has worked for you, please please share! Thank you!

Have you had your Vitamin D levels checked? Also have you been tested for lupus? DW is having the same issue and it turns out that even though she has a healthy diet she has a major vitamin D deficiency.

A thought:  Thyroid issues can often show up alongside adrenal fatigue and hair loss.  Something to explore with a knowledgeable practitioner. .

This! ^^^^

Find a good naturopath or endrocinologist (sp?) and have then do a full thyroid panel. Make sure they check your antibodies for Hashimotos. Hair loss is a big indicator of thyroid issues. I hope you find some answers and get some relief!!!
