I'm curious if they were obvious or subtle. I've been suspecting that ds1 has parasites for a while now. But nothing so drastic. Dark circles under eyes, grinding teeth occasionally at night, anemia, hyperactive, hands constantly in mouth, loose stools. All these things could be unrelated as well.

How did you know you had parasites and what did you do to rid them?

Oops, the best thing is to take a stool sample in to see what or if you have them. We are abroad so it is easy and you can get the medicine over the counter. There are many natural ways to work on getting rid of them too.

I would try food grade DE since it's harmless if the signs pointed to parasites, especially if they were unconfirmed. I'd continue it over a month to be sure we got them all. The sample tests aren't too accurate but may be worth a try, negative test doesn't mean for sure no worms though. Food intolerances or leaky gut could also cause those things, an elimination diet may be in order. And floradix for the anemia.
