I have been on the total elimination diet for almost a whole 2 weeks now and I haven't seen a change. In fact this morning I have seen more blood in her stool than I have ever seen before. I only eat bananas for breakfast, and for lunch and dinner it's the exact same rice, turkey, patties, zucchini, and an avocado. I had a few mess ups when my husband cooked in vegetable oil( which is soybean oil) I'm just wondering of I should give up the breastfeeding and switch to elecare. I am at a total loss and want to do what's best for her in the long run. I just wanted to get other moms feed back on what they have done in the past as well. The GI doc wants me to keep on the diet for 2 more months but if she is bleeding and we can't figure out the allergy wouldn't that be worse to keep going down this road? I know that breastfeeding is best but is it really in her case?

I've seen elimination diets take 3 months to get good effect going. Try giving it a little longer and see how it goes.
