I am 38 years old, have had three babies naturally (no problem conceiving or delivering- fast and easy- blessed!) also nursed and still nurse before youngest (2.5) goes to bed. For the past 6 months I have had heavy periods. Went to dr in May , everything normal. Went back two weeks ago, had a sonogram and found out my endometrium is 13 mm thick. Next step is a biopsy. I eat organic, non gmo, exercise (training for a race), sleep ok, work full time, drink wine and way too much coffee. I am trying to find out if its something I eat that is producing too much estrogen, or if there is a natural/ whole foods way to deal with this. I have never been on birth control and do not vaccinate or take the idea of taking the pill doesn't make me feel good. With all this said, I will however do whatever necessary to prevent/ ward off cancer or anything future problems. Any experience or advice is greatly appreciated! Thank you

:wIt looks like your post may have been missed, so I am bumping it up for attention. :bump: Anyone have advice or experience to share? OP, I hope the biopsy results are helpful to figuring out your path forward and that others will have some experience to share.
