My cycle is 7-8 days, and I heard there's a way to shorten it by 2-3 days through lemon juice or something. Does anyone know how, or another suggestion on how to do it?

Thanks.

I dunno about lemon juice shortening a cycle except that it's a great detoxifier so that could maybe help your body be more efficient during AF. I would recommend taking Maca as it helps your body regulate your hormones which may also help tighten up your cycle. How many days overall is your cycle?

It's about 5 weeks. Used to be longer, but with giving birth it's gotten shorter. But after giving birth, once I get my AF back, my ovulation goes from day 11 to 16 over the course of a few months.

Last month I was out of Maca & it threw off my ovulation day or at least that's what I'm attributing it too lol We'll see what happens this month now that I have Maca again. I would definitely try it. 5 weeks is a bit on the long side of things and with birth throwing hormones off so much I would think you body could do with a little help getting on track.

Should Maca be avoided when nursing? That's what I came across.

Any othrer options other than this?

Thanks.
