Every month now before my period I get sore breast horrble. just like when I was pregnant, they also swell almost a full cup size ( and being already a C...) anyway here we are again this month , I think its been at least the last 6 this has happened.
Any thoughts on what I can do if anything?
BTW my partner has had a Vesectomy so I know its not that I am actually pregnant, it just feels like it every month for the week before my period.

I used to get that too- and when I went to my dr he said to cut out all caffeine. I cut it all out (even chocolate- wah!), even though I never drank coffee or anything but I did drink colas and eat lots of chocolate (okay, I was like 19 then- I still like chocolate though but pop is out ). It helped immensely and I never did go back to the amount of caffeine I was consuming b/c I didn't want to risk sore breasts again! I rarely have any now, so I don't notice the occaisional chocolate.

At any rate, it's worth a shot, if you do consume any amount of caffeine. If not, I hope you can find something to give you some relief soon!! Take care.

PS- Sorry if this is somewhat incoherent. The flu is so annoying.

i 2nd the no caffeine, and also sugar, soda, chips, meat, alcohol, smoking all the bad junk/highly acid foods i've heard a cabbage leaf in the bra. i found that cocoa butter helps my breasts adjust to the growth, but i'm pg, so it may be different. but if i miss applying it, i really notice! you may check in the pregnant and nursing threads, since it's a common occurance in those situations.
