I've been going to a nutrionist/chiropractor for the past 3 months. I did a 24 hour urine test and discovered that I hav problems digesting sugars/carbs and fats. I'm on 7-8 different combination digestive enzymes and Anyways, she also said that my body is very acidic (pH 5.3). So I'm taking stuff to help bring up my pH. She said that would be a gauge of how well my body is doing. Other than what she told me, I really don't know much about body acidity. Any information? or links to info?

I have always been told that my body and skin is very acidic. I also can not wear anything but real gold because my body sweat turns all other metals black. I don't/can't eat any acidic foods - oranges, tomatoes, etc. I know that I need to work on this because I do still have acid reflux and heartburn even with a limited diet.

I also lost my gallbalder due to huge gallstones. I wonder if I also have a problem with fats. I would be very interested to know what you take mamaMama. PM me if you don't want to post it here. Is it working for you? You are lucky to have a great chiro!
