There are many sites on the web that have info about natural remedies--and here's a book you might want to check out:

"The Whole Family Guide to Natural Asthma Relief" by Leigh Broadhurst.

My ds was dx. w/having asthma when he was 3-4 yo (he is now 6yo). We have done alot of allergy proofing of his room (he has allergy induced asthma due to mold and dust), he is taking an omega 3 oil (fish oil) every night, is on a prescription oral asthma med. called Singulair and we also do chiropractic adjustments.

He has improved SO much. He used to have a chronic cough, would throw up alot of mucus and was sick alot. That has all changed. He can now run w/out coughing and has only one to two acute attacks every year!

You might also want to do a search here for "asthma" and see what you come up with.

Good Luck~
