This is cross-posted in the birth & beyond section.

I am 35 wks pregnant and my midwife is concerned about excessive amniotic fluid that is causing me to measure large and is preventing baby from staying head down.

Does anyone know of any natural remedies that help regulate amniotic fluid levels?

Well, my fluid was so low that dd had to be induced. They don't know what caused it, but working out can be a culprit and I think that was what did it to me. I was working 12 hour shifts in the ICU until I was induced and that is a lot of running around. I was also walking a couple miles each day fon the days I didn't work and hiked in the mountains until my 9th month. Mabey try a lot of walking (within the realm of what you can tolerate)?

Good luck,
