I have one in my right breast and while it's been biopsied and is just benign breast tissue that's stuck together I've often wondered if there is any way other than cutting it out and leaving a huge dent in my boob - to treat it. Anyone heard or used anything that worked to dissolve one of these?

I'm bumping this because no one answered and I am curious too. I have just been diagnosed with a fibroadenoma and after doing some research, I am thinking about getting it removed. For several reasons, one of which is misdiagnosis. But I would love to try some alternative treatments to try to get rid of it. Any ideas?

Is it painful? You can help control it by cutting out caffeine, excess salt, refined sugar and refined grains. Hormonal birth control can make it worse also.
