Holistic Approach to the Prevention & Treatment of Ear Infections, Colds, Sinus Infections

Antibiotics are not the appropriate first line of treatment for childhood respiratory conditions. Nonetheless, children receive repeated antibiotic courses through the winter that lead to an escalating problem of recurrent infections. This cycle can be broken using simple holistic measures. Effective prevention and holistic treatment are the best methods for managing these acute and recurrent problems. Proper nutrition, avoidance of toxic drugs, herbal protocols, homeopathic medicines, and chiropractic adjustment can all play a role in preventing, treating, and eliminating these illnesses that plague our children.
