I read the post from a few days back regarding cold sores and the herpes virus. What about those little caker sores inside the mouth? Lately, I keep getting these little bumps on the inside of my mouth. They come and go within hours or a day and are in different spots. What are these?? Is this the herpes virus too? Could my dd be harmed by these?

Also does anyone know things that can be done to boost the immune system?

Here's the thing that I've heard. If you get canker sores, they're the same as cold sores just inside the mouth. The other thing is that if you get cold sores you don't get canker sores and vice versa.

Dh gets canker sores a ton. He's had to rinse w/ hydrogen peroxide several times.

About bosting immune system? Sorry don't know really. I know there is something, but I can't recall the name now.

I get canker soars every once and a while. I have found that they are related to much acidity in my diet. I get them if I drink to much coffee.I used to get them bad in college. I think they are related to stress too. I also think they are related to vitamin deficiency. I would start taking vitamins, increase in fresh veggies, and aloe vera on the sars followed by maybe a dab of tea tree oil. Oh and increase acidophilus, it could be a bacteria inbalance.
