Okay, so I think I'm finally figuring this all out. . . I've been learning about healing the gut and dd and I are taking enzymes. That's what started this learning process . . .

Now I'm reading about what I can do about my teeth and gums and there's an enzyme deficiency link to THAT too!

Plus, cysts and skin problems? Does anyone know if this is true?

Since dd1 was born I've developed 4-5 cysts all on my left side from my neck to my side. They just look like little pimples. (They're benign - I had them checked.) I chalked both my bleeding gums and cavities AND cysts to being related to post pregnancy & hormonal issues.) NOW I'm wondering if this is related to gut problems too!?

Oh - forgot to add a new one: ITCHY scalp

What do you all think?

Enzymes deficiences due to impaired digestion means reduced immune system. Yep to all of that.

But nutrition has a lot to do with it as well. Especially tooth and gum issues too.

I think itchy scalp and skin cysts can be fungal as well.

From my reading, and ichy scalp/dandruff is generally fungal or a boron deficiency. ITA about the gums and teeth though. Nutrition really is everything....sigh.

I know, dontcha feel like it should be so simple!!

And instead we need to get our supplies from all corners of the globe... the time I take to order supplements from 500 different companies plus drive to farm to get raw milk and eggs, and another farm for meat... and then I read about something that I've missed, gotta add that too.

Yeah, and then you read and read and think you've got it-and some well meaning mama comes strolling along telling you you got it ALL wrong It's a process. At least there's still a brain in my head that is capable of absorbing info.

Yikes! What is going on here!? I feel like I'm falling apart! (Not really, but geez, ALL of these things recently - kinda freaky!)

I guess I'm glad I've still got a brain left to absorb all of this too!

You may want to look into Essential Fatty Acids. Cod Liver Oil especially during the winter. I also take enzymes, but I always know when I have forgotten or run out of EFAs because my scalp gets dry and my gums start bleeding.

Many Blessings,

You're not falling apart! I think you just hit that point where your body demands that you pay attention to it, and it generally doesn't happen (generally ) until you have a good place to go for info so that you can fix it. The universe is funny in that way. Just be glad you found some answers so you aren't just sitting alone and confused...makes it alot easier!
