hmm whats the filler in your probiotics?
maybe you are reacting to that?
I'd also add enzymes, and msm and that should eliminate gas as much as possible some gas is 'normal'..
also if you are eating many raw veggies, you might want to add vinegar to aid digestion. also watch out for the smell of the gas, that egg smell means you dont have the sulphur bacteria in your lower gut. and watch your food combinations like sugar and protien ( fruit juice, fruits, and things like cheese, nuts etc)
8 might be enough?
Or maybe 9 will be?
