To get over this stomach virus quickly, go get some high quality probiotics (in refrigerated supplement section) and take a dose every hour until your symptoms resolve. Make sure it's a probiotic and not just acidophilus.
Start out taking with just a little bit of water so you have a better chance of keeping them down. After 5-6 doses, you'll be able to add more fluids and eventually some solids (toast, rice, etc).
After your symptoms are resolved, take the recommended dose of the probiotic for another week.
