I have been vegetarian 8 years...I do dairy...no eggs, no fish
For the past year I have had very bad "excezma"...
lately I think I may need to include fish back into my diet.
I use hemp protein powder everyday and it is not helping the rashes.
Anyone here start eating fish or take a fish supplement or know of anything else to try?
If supplement which kind?
I need a kosher supplement.
