I have been vegetarian 8 years...I do eggs, no fish
For the past year I have had very bad "excezma"...
lately I think I may need to include fish back into my diet.
I use hemp protein powder everyday and it is not helping the rashes.
Anyone here start eating fish or take a fish supplement or know of anything else to try?
If supplement which kind?
I need a kosher supplement.

I was lacto-ovo since '87 and I took a vegan DHA/EFA suppliment I got from here: called omega zen.

I did start eating fish though a little over 2 years ago when our youngest slowed down her nursing and I felt our choice was to either suppliment her diet too or let her fish, so we both started eating fish. (The whole suppliment/whole foods debate.)

It's kosher in it's ingredients.
