I havent bought any yet, or even read the bottle. SAw it yesterday in the health store and was gonna buy it for myself, but was wondering if a 34 pound almost 3 year old can take it for boosting immune system?

Me and my wonderful husband serve God. Blessed with twin girls 2/11/11. <3

My midwife recommended it to me when I was pregnant, and my 2yo daughter wanted everything mom had, so she drank it (a decent amount, too, not just a sip) and seemed fine. I never noticed any negatives. If I remember right, it's basically vitamin C, not sure if there's anything else in it. But now I use sodium ascorbate as vitamin C--cheaper and just a salty flavor, so it mixes well in other stuff, or just in plain water. But Emergen-C is tasty, and it comes in so many fun flavors.
