When they ovulate, many women feel a tiny sharp pain - one one side - correct? What does it mean when you feel it on both sides? Was one of them likely just gas? OR am I capable of conceiving twins this month?

I don't think anyone knows for sure. I do know that ovarian pain, or middleshmerze (sp?) as it is sometimes called, is not considered a primary fertility sign since not everyone gets it, and for those who do, not everyone feels it each time they ovulate.

It's possible that you could have released more than one egg, but there's no way to know for sure since the pain could certainly have been from some other cause.
