I have a question if anyone has tried Nettle or Saw Palmetto for libido issues. Long story short: Ever since I went on BCP back in 2001, my (one rocking) libido was shot. Zip. Zilch. Nada. Nothing.

I'm surprised I have two kids.

Anyway, it has only gotten worse, to the point where I'm embarrassed to admit I can't remember the last time we did the deed. My Chiro told me that this could have to do with the pills I used to take, though no longer do.

Did some online research and, sure enough, there it was. The pill, thanks to something called SHBG, can decrease a woman's libido WAAAAY after she's gone off. Basically, long story short, you can have the testosterone in your body but it doesn't seem to recognize.

So, I'm starting these supplements with the hope of getting my groove back. Am curious if anyone ever took some and how long it took for them to see results.
