I have mild adrenal fatigue...I've been treating it with lots of sea salt and vitamin C, as well as some herbs, for several months but I'm not sure it's getting any better. I'm considering using adrenal extract/adrenal glandular formula for a month or so to see if that helps, but I'm not sure if it's indicated for mild adrenal fatigue or only more severe cases. Does anyone know?

Dr. Schmid put me on his adrenals after my bloodwork came back to him with moderate adrenal fatigue. I started that and his cal/mag at the same time and saw huge changes pretty quickly in my anxiety level. www.drrons.com

I was actually wondering the same thing, but I haven't been officially diagnosed yet. I go on Saturday to the neurologist and hopefully he will refer me to the naturopath who is in the same office.
