I've been taking melatonin for sleep for the last 10 days or so, and for the last 3 days I've had a crushing headache.

It could still be lack of sleep as I am seriously sleep deprived and will be until this weekend at the very earliest. It could be that I'm coming down with the cold that dd has. But I was wondering, could it be the melatonin?

I'm seriously stressed until summer school is over (Friday), which affects my sleep, but if melatonin can give me this kind of headache, I'll go with the prescription stuff my doctor gave me (if I can get time to go to the pharmacy...)
