I've been searching the threads to find out more info on these two ascorbates. I know it's said on here that calcium ascorbate is bad and that sodium ascorbate it better, but I'm not finding much research on the internet or in the threads to back that up.
One thing that seems to make the SA better over the CA is that too much calcium is bad for anybody. If you're taking the CA, you need to make sure you're getting enough magnesium and potassium. I found Ester C that had additional magnesium and potassium in it. So isn't that good enough? And what about a multivitamin that has Ester C in it, but a bunch of other minerals and such?
Does anyone have links as to what the difference between the two is and why the sodium ascorbate is better?
