My son has had flushed cheeks since Sat, it's not uncommon for him, but today they are very red, and I noticed tonight his ears are bright red too! He's cheerful and has a good appetite (after barely eating all weekend). He still needs his upper molars. Could it be teething? Fifths disease? Help!

My son has had this often since he was very young. He is now 5 and still has it several times a week. I'm eager to see if anyone has any info or ideas as well.

Maybe it's just his complexion, I know he gets it when he's overheated, plus we were out in the cold wind a bit, maybe his skin was a little chapped? At any rate when he woke up the next morning it was gone.
